Our Aim

To encourage the powers that be to introduce a local bylaw to prohibit the use of Set Nets in Sandown Bay to the benefit of all concerned.

Rejuvenation of Fish Stocks and other important components of the food chain in the bay
Public Health and Safety fears removed
Upturn in local linked business trade
Could be promoted as a Haven, free from commercial pressure
Dangers to other Marine Wildlife removed (Birds, Whales, Dolphins, Porpoises)
Larger Scale Angling Competitions and Festivals may be held
